In this project, we are required to conduct a case study on an architectural facade of our choice, focusing them into three main categories, structural components , materiality as well as construction method. We are also required to research on the brief history of the architectural style and express the design thinking & intention of the respective architectural style.

REFLECTION
Throughout the project, I've learn fascinating facts about traditional chinese architecture like the use of dougong as the main structural component unlike many other methods. Besides that, I found out that the Pagoda is actually influenced by the stupas from India and the design was then modified into multiple classical traditional chinese buildings.
