CONTEXT OF JALAN TUN HS LEE

In this project, we are required to pick a street from the given options and conduct in depth research of tangibles and intangibles of the respective street as well as the evolution and progression of the architectural facades. Besides that, we are also required to identify religious buildings & the culture of the street. Drawings & writings are required to be drawn manually and handwritten.

REFLECTION

Throughout the project, I've learnt that Jalan Tun HS Lee is a multicultural street which can be reflective through the influences on the architectural facades as well as the shophouses. It is also great to see the shophouses have evolved not only from a facade perspective but also in terms of their products in order to adapt to their target customers' needs.
