III: TROPICAL HAVEN
For the final project, we are required to have a site visit in Wawasan Puchong Recreational Park to conduct a site analysis, and based on that data, we need to build a tropical haven in set location with an area of 100m2 that we have to choose one of our family members as our companion for 10 days. Dry construction must be 70 percent or above while wet construction must not exceed 30 percent.
DESIGN INTENTION
My design intention is to conduct further research from my previous project to modify & create another version of a ruined structure. The theme is to create a building of controlled chaos and asymmetry to showcase a sense of wildness and outspoken exterior as well as interior spaces.

FINAL BOARDS
REFLECTION
In the time doing this project, I've learnt to always invest time and energy into something I believe in rather than playing it safe. The design process took too much time as I only finalized the design during the final week. Even so, the time was spent on modifying and creating wild ideas to make the tropical haven something truly special and I think it was all worth it in the end.
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
I asked my friends for advice & criticism to improve my structure.
DISCIPLINE SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE
I conducted further research into a specific design and created something new.
THINKING AND PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS
I modified my ideas based on the tutor's constructive criticism.
