DESIGN INTENTION
We wanted to create a folly based on each of our likings of various parts of buildings, with parabolic hyperboloid, ruined sites and circular interiors being the finalized ones. The theme of the folly is to recreate a ruined and falling building, much like Leaning Tower of Pisa or an abandoned structure with a touch of modern applications in terms of materiality, design and spatial arrangement. We also wanted to utilize the split terrain as a concept moving forward which was derived from the Sou House (previous project).

PRESENTATION BOARDS
REFLECTION
Within a short period of time, me and my group mates bonded pretty well and the whole project felt fun and easy as everyone was pretty active in the discussions and brainstorming a lot. We modified many times and created something we were all happy with and I believe it was my best experience in a group project. Our themes and design concepts were all related and done in a way we wanted which we were all very happy for. I would definitely want to be in a group with them again as everyone in the group had good chemistry and communicated very very well.
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
My group and I helped each other and guided one another.
DISCIPLINE SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE
I learnt to incorporate designs based on a site context.
THINKING AND PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS
My group and I modified our drawings and models based on the tutor's comments.
